I spent 15 years conducting behavioral research at the highest level, hundreds of focus groups, thousands of surveys, predictive modeling, and teaching graduate-level statistics. Then a decade connecting those insights to the strategy, creative, and campaigns that actually moved the needle. As VP of Research and Strategy at one of the region's largest agencies, I watched what happened when the thinking and the making were in the same room. The work got better. Every time.
