Built the Foundation and the Engine 

First, we defined the brand narrative and established creative standards that could scale across hundreds of agents without losing coherence. Alongside that, we developed a comprehensive agent enablement program — training, toolkits, and direct consulting hours — so the brand didn't stop at the corporate level.

Then we built the engine: a multi-channel recruitment campaign, a purpose-built landing experience, and a postcard program for ongoing agent marketing. Heatmapping and performance optimization ran continuously after launch.
